juz thoughts

have a lot of things to say. but. haiz.

one:

do wat u can do n not do wat you cant. promise wat you can fufill and not wat u cant. actions speaks louder than words. talking abt joining rhoc etc. but end up, hello you werent even sighted @ RHOC launch! wth. sorry. i juz feel dat if u reali wanna join and since u kicked up such a big fuss, and etc. and dat you promised to help out if needed, you shld at least turn up at RHOC launch to show some support. Being not even involved much for the orientation itself. i'm not talking abt being part of OMC or wat, but Raffles Experience itself. i dun think you get to qualify to become an officer straight if u reali wanna join. all talk n no play is juz total rubbish! and if u think u are gg to run for a JCRC position, think twice or thrice or more. i do NOT think dat you qualify as one till you solve ur problem of being responsible towards wat you need to do and wat you have to do. do not push stuff to others to do when you have stuff to rush. when you can forgot abt a CCC meeting, does it means that you may forget abt a JCRC meeting or forum?? how much trust can we put in you? CAN YOU REALI SCARIFICE FOR THE SAKE OF HALL??? DO YOU LOVE HALL THAT MUCH?? or is it juz for the fame n etc?? i dunoe. and in fact, i do not care.

2nd:
yesh. i did claim that i wanna join float. and yes i still want to. but as mentioned in the previous post(did i??), i do not have the time to commit to float. and i noe i wont be happy scarifcing hball for float. so i guess it's better for me to not join float but help them. :) i think someone shld think abt this too. (hello, dunoe who were the pple working in the hols and expect others to help fufill their part in the omc portfolio juz cos that others are not working!) maybe dat's why me and cai yuan got the certs for omc. hmm. perhaps. i was the saikang do-er in OMC then.

3rd:
why didnt the rising yr3s aka present yr2s not stepping up in hall to take positions?? first - we did take up positions le. some of us are major members, some are comm heads, culture heads and of course some are sports mm. so how can one say we arent taking up positions?? we have 2 yr2s in the present jcrc. i guess wat you mean is the more impt positions such as the pres and VP in JCRC. wat you muz know dat, though we are a bigger batch compared to the current yr3s, there's a number of us gg for SEP. some not staying in hall at all for next sem. some are ready to take up other mm positions cos of their love of the sports/com/culture grps but yet not ready to take up P/VP in JCRC cos we know that we juz arent gd enough and there are better choices available. and of course we have a grp of pple who juz know that we arent leadership material but yet are willing to serve the hall in other ways such as playing for the hall, representing the hall etc. (there's alos another grp of pple who doesnt noe that they arent gd enough but yet wanna join jcrc but juz dun dare to apply yet cos they scare lose face). last but not least, there's also another grp of pple whose results are just terrible. juz imagine, if your cap is already below 2.5 and there's a possiblity it'll drop to below 2. will u still join??? you'll juz drag the whole hall down wif you (my opinion). i believe in equality. i believe in loving hall. that's y i'm still in RH. still here despite temptations to go elsewhere. (being a final yr next yr most prob). still here depsite the food, the expensive fees etc. still here playing for RH. cos i noe RH gave me a chance to become wat i am today - i took up hball in RH. i better-ed my soccer/netball skills. i learnt abt hockey, marketing. and of course my grp of GREAT FRIENDS here.

last but not least:
why isnt there any yr2s in the current OMC. imagine. being in so many marketing comms for the past yr. i know i had only been in 2. that's enough. actually i had already decided to only be in 1 after OMC. changed my mind last min n joined concert marketing and it has shown to be a bad decision. i am not a marketing person. and i wasnt happy then. wat for i torture myself and also drag down OMC again?? wat for? wat's the pt. there are so many marketing snrs ard. of course contacts will be available. take a look at last yr's OMC: chris, pen, wenjing, chen hai, kek seng n me + max. all except perhaps me n chen hai had been in other marketing comms before OMC. n i was in another marketing comm after OMC. chen hai knew he isnt a marketing person. and so we didnt join back. is it reali our fault that this yr's OMC has no rising yr3s? i dun think so. it's time for new pple to take up the impt positions. did i mention dat ks is a FY and wenjing + chris are gg exchange? the only available person was someone but someone didnt take it up. aniwae dun think she can manage too.
